First Cook on the Fleetwood
« on: May 07, 2016, 12:01:49 PM »
I decide the first cook on the 70 Fleetwood should be a St. Louis tradition. Pork Steaks on Thursday. Fired it up with two sheet metal charcoal baskets. It turns out my wire baskets from my ss performer are too tall.

Smoked indirect with a little Pecan. Seasoned with Garlic Salt and Jack Stack BBQ Rub.

Friday I put on a couple chicken breast with Weber Kicken Chicken seasoning. A lot of real estate for two chicken breasts but I'm just trying to learn the Grill.
Everything came out pretty darn good.

That is a beauty. And it looks like it cooks up a storm.
