Saturday Sliders

My wife was wanting some cheeseburger sliders so I made some up along with some poppers, wings and shrooms.
Not sure how everyone else makes there poppers but I'll share what I do. I cut the top off the jalapeños and slit down one side to clean them out. Next is a block of cream cheese and mixed with some finely shredded cheddar cheese, spoonful of minced garlic, splash of soy sauce and a couple splashes of hot sriracha sauce mix it all up and stuff the peppers. I then take a slice of bacon and cap the open end and wrap the rest of the pepper with. Any remaining cream cheese mixture gets used in mushroom caps.

Toasting the buns and sautéing the mushroom stem and some onion for the sliders.
Somewhere on the plate is a slider.
For dessert is my favorite, grilled Peeps.
It ended up being a very late dinner but it was worth it.

Everything looked amazing until I got to the peeps.  YUCK!!!!!  Haha.  Peeps - You either love them or hate them...there is no middle ground!

Ha! I'm not a fan of them out of the box but once I get them grilled up watch out!
