Does anyone know if the Slow n' Sear for the 26" kettle has been released yet? It was my understanding that a 26" version of this product was supposed to be released in April? Does anyone know? @ABCbarbecue?
This is the original Weber kettle. The most powerful bbq grill in the world and can blow your taste-buds clean off! So, you have to ask yourself one question: "Do you feel hungry? Well, do you punk?"

They go on sale Tuesday afternoon and start shipping Wednesday.  I think 26" kettle owners will be VERY happy with the performance:)

Good deal. I'll be your first customer for this product. How much will they be selling for?

I thought the current product worked with either the 22.5 or the 26?

@ABCbarbecue does it also fit 24" Kamados or do you recommend the regular size for that?

It does but it doesn't fit the exact curvature of the 26, so people were asking for one custom for the 26er.

I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Probably not.  The SnS XL is BIG.  The standard Slow 'N Sear might fit though.  You'd just have to measure the firebox against our schematics

The SnS XL is $145.  It weighs 8 pounds and comes with a base plate.  The plate allows for extra stability and can hold small pieces of fuel, like lump charcoal, better than the standard charcoal grate that comes with the kettle.

@ABCbarbecue  How many hours of cook time are you seeing out of a full basket in the 26?

Love it!  Will it fit in vintage 26ers as well?  (1962)

Almost wish I'd waited . . . almost - especially for the grate in the bottom.

Wish Weber was as willing/interested in satisfying those of us with the 26er as you are.  If they were, I'd have my Gourmet System grate by now !
