First time making pizza dough. And first cook on the Aristocrat. It's a little beat up but worked like a champ!

I'm more of a thin crust guy, but like a crustier pizza from time to time. This looks amazing.  I'll have to try one the next time I have some dough made up.

That pizza looks awesome. Question though, what is your skillet sitting on top of? I see that its not on the grate. Is it an upside dutch oven?
Looking for colored 18's and SJ's.

@JDann24 it's sitting on top of upside down charcoal baskets. It keeps the bottom away from the coals so it doesn't burn and it's also hotter in the dome, and that helps cook the top faster so it gets done at the same time as the bottom.
