The Swedish way.(dont wanna affend any Mexicans out there)  ;)

Here we go:

B/S Chicken breast´s cut lengthwise. Marinated in P-Northwood. On a skewer.

Added a skewer:

Grilled direct: 5min/side

Some greens, cottage cheese and a sauce made by MLI. Couldent find a ripe cado so no guacamole.

Off the grill:

Chopped up:

Added to a tortilla:

Rolled:

This is one of the kids favorite,Easy and fast aswell.

Over´n´out.

As always....looks great.  I'll have to give the skewer method a try sometime.

Wow that looks great.  Not sure about the cottage cheese.

But there are lots of things I did not think I would like until I tried them.

Looks awesome! Definitely need to give this method a whirl.

Perfect pictures and especially that grill shot and the last one. That looks delicious and healthy at the same time! I might try the cottage cheese next time. I think these Swedish fajitas could really take off. :)

Never seen the meat cut first and the grilled like that but it makes perfect sense, you get more exposure for the seasoning and charring that way, chicken breast meat can use all the help it can get, genius!

Those are some of the best fajitas I've seen.  Reading your posts with the awesome photos are half the fun!
