So I decided to call out from work yesterday...

I was only supposed to smoke ribs but I went crazy with the pecan chunks and my revamped WSM. Smoked potatoes are missing from the lineup...

RIGHT ON!.. I called off today and ended up with a 22" MBH and a gas Go Anywhere..and lined up a Black SSP w/ rotisserie ring to pick up tomorrow. Life is good when we don't go to work everyday!!!
