Avocado Stuffed, Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Found this idea some time ago. Cut the points off the breasts. Sliced a pocket into the breast pieces.  Made the avocado filling.
Avocado
Red pepper
Onion
Cilantro
Sea salt
Black pepper
Minced garlic
Cilantro/Lime Dressing
Stuffed the avocado filling into the breasts & wrapped in bacon.

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

That's where I saw it a couple weeks ago.  Had to try it!!!

Just did another take this weekend w/ cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, peppers & prosciutto.  Even F'in better.
