Tri-tip , grilled broccoli, roasted pepper potato salad and s'mores

While I prepped a few things for the grill my youngest chef started the dessert , she lined the bottom of a weber GGS griddle with graham crackers and then topped with some chocolate chips and chocolate mini marshmallows .

I roasted a few potatoes, some sweet red peppers and several jalapeƱos , which I later sweated and peeled .

Next I sliced some broccoli spears and brushed them with bacon drippings.

I applied a dry rub to the Tri tip , some Dizzy Pig , compliments of Mr Hoss

After searing both sides at around 500 degrees I moved the roast to indirect heat and threw on the broccoli .

I diced up the hot spuds and peppers and tossed them while hot with a little FF mayo, sour cream , lemon juice,Worcestershire sauce and seasonings .

At last it's time for dessert

Toasty marshmallow goodness !

Wow.  Evertything looks amazing.  That smores dish came out especially good.  Was thinking about doing a smores pizza the next time I'm using my KettlePizza but I think you just talked me out of that idea and into the idea of using my weber griddle instead.  Nicely done!
