Giant ribeye
« on: January 30, 2016, 04:53:57 PM »
Got one big ole eye for the wifey and myself tonight. Grilling some veggies and have the steak on indirect for now.  I plan on finishing it in the cast iron skillet with some steak butter.

Loving the raw meat at the top and the Belgium brew at the bottom. A well rounded meal for sure! Looks good!

Love ribeyes.  Good ones are hard to find.  Nice cook!

Just did one myself, the other day. One of my favorite cuts for sure. Gotta try grilling the Texas toast again. I failed once and never tried again.

That's gotta be the best way to reverse sear a ribeye! Looks fantastic. Thanks for posting. Adding it to my to do list.

Great cook on the ribeye!  Mixed veg looks good, too!
