Dad used to make this. I make it pretty much the same but I smoke the sausages.
The Blue MT is for smoking and Green OTG is for grilling:
After an hour and a bit of smoke they are ready to be grilled:
The sausages were then chilled and I cooked some carrots and potatoes and chilled them too.
My ingredients:
Cook down the onions and mushrooms:
Then add everything else in......I had to remove some of those taters as there was way too many.:
Done. This will taste better after a night in the fridge:
