Got my Green 18 from 604 this Summer and find I use it quite often. I bloody love the thing.....and having Maple handles on her just kicks it in. Bought some chicken thighs yesterday and made a buttermilk/jerk season blend for them to sit in overnight:

And onto the grill. I used a mix of Coshell and RO lump with a chunk of Scotch barrel wood on top:
Smoked them at about 375f grate for about 45 minutes the moved them over the coals to finish:
Got some hot sauces for Christmas and it was a good time to bust into em'. I went with the Nashville Garlic Hot Sauce tonight:
I don't think I'll need to buy any hot sauce for some time.
