One of my girl's all-time favs is chicken legs, so that's what we did. From the Better Home & Gardens Grilling cookbook, this features a BBQ sauce that's not called BBQ sauce but that's what you're making.
You do onions, sherry and spices for the marinade, then add what's left from that to tomato sauce, molasses and the rest to make the BBQ sauce. What's interesting about it is that it's
not a sweet sauce; there's no sugar in it, just a bit of honey. Had about a cup leftover that's gonna go great in chili soon.

Figured might as well use the same skillet used to make the sauce, for bringing in the meat. Why dirty a dish, am I right?
