Steak roll-ups

Saw this somewhere so I gave it a try. Took a 2 lb top round and cut it in half then filleted it to make 6 steaks. 2 were thick and 4 were thin.

Kingsford white smoke out back.

I sautéed some onions, peppers, and portobellos for the stuffing.

Salt, pepper, oil, Stuffed and rolled.

On the grill with a chunk of cherry.

Finished up.

Plated with some Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.

I did the same thing last summer, but added a couple slices of American cheese before rolling up.
