1st go at PSB
« on: January 07, 2016, 09:08:53 PM »
So I've seen all the great looking cooks here and I thought I'd share my first time fixing Pepper Stout Beef.
It tasted even better than it looked and will be a regular going forward. So easy and so darn good.

Yum!

Looks like you started with boneless ribeye, or was it something else?
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

@addicted-to-smoke    It was a chuckroast, approx. 4.5 lbs. When it was done it was like butter

Made this several times myself and never came close to screwing it up. I can't say that of any other bbq dish I regularly make.

PSB with a little horse radish sauce = heaven and I am not a pepper guy.
