New Year's late night Pizza Que cook

Had black eyed peas, cornbread, ribs in kraut, and peach cobbler at a local charity motorcycle run around 4, so come around 8:00 hunger was starting to creep slowly in. 

Made some dough for the crust, and looked to see what ingredients I had left in the fridge for toppings. Spinach and Bacon got the nods.

Pizza at 9:20 isn't the best for you, but it sure did taste good.

Just got a pizzaque and had some issues. Do you leave the vent on the top lid open or closed? I couldn't seem to get over 550. I only used one full chimney of charcoal
