The lovely wife gave me a meat grinder with sausage attachment for Christmas.  Got some pork butt and fatback and made kielbasa with my daughter on Monday.  Grilled it tonight with some applewood smoke.  It was FANTASTIC.  Washed it down with a fine beer:)

ceasar salad, home made sausage and decent looking mustard.......love it! if you have more sausage to cook, try some in a bun(from the bakery, not just an off the shelf hotdog bun) with mustard and kraut. and if you want to go all out, do them beer brat style first.

I usually do my brats with beer.  Tonight I just wanted to try out the kielbasa on its own.  I made seven pounds, so there's more in the freezer to be done a variety of ways.

Homemade sausage is always so much better than anything you get in the stores, nice job!
