Beef shorties.



Lamb rack, slow cooked.



Me and a feiend helped out at our local church fete to cook burgers and snags (hotdogs)



Pork belly with a five spice rub.



More beef shorties.



I'm sure I've posted this before....but I just looked at rhe picture and remembered how yum it was. Brats braised in beer and then a cheese sauce made with that beer.
