I did the turds, both slabs of salmon and the smoked cheese. Someone else brought the pasta shells stuffed with macaroni and cheese. I believe they cooked the shells on their own, cooled them down, stuffed with Mac and cheese and place on a bed of marinara. Then back to the oven til hot

All that food momentarily spiked my interest in revisiting Scandinavian style fish/food (from a preservation standpoint) recipes & techniques.

No doubt it'll result in some sort of smokey threat. 
You can't always get what you want....but if you try sometimes you get what you need

Thanks yall, the back ones were chorizo,  then some were bacon and some were chorizo and bacon.
