I'm In Love (A Vortex Story)

I just got the Vortex today. Thinking about doing wings for football Sunday. Any tips are appreciated.

I'm usually looking at at least 45 minutes, but I'm using it on the 26 and usually cook some extras at the same time.

I will sometimes pull mine around 30 minutes and sauce them, then back on the grill to "dry out" the sauce.  I just don't like soupy wings.
