5Lbs Pork Roast
Brine:

Brine with all above
Bacon Weave
Wrapped/Seasoned With ("Spicecraft" Roast Pork & Chop) & ready for the Grill
On the grill, Grilled off set with water pan
Cooked with socked Apple Wood Chips & 3/4" Chimney with Stubbs Charcoal at about 250° - 300° for about 1.50 hours then put in roasting rack to crisp up the bottom for about 1.50 hours. Then at 140° Removed and wrapped for 45min.
