Thanks for the heads up.  I'll stop giving my mail lady the evil eye...was sure she stole it.  She smelled like charcoal cooked burgers yesterday.

Got my book yesterday.  It is really a great book, my wife sat and read it for almost half an hour and was really impressed with all the recipes and images.  Thanks again!

Guys, @Troy and I have figured out what the issue is with the shipping, PM me if you need your book/s right away, I will get them out tomorrow.  Otherwise it will be early next week, hopefully you will be patient and wait it out.
