Practice bird
« on: November 17, 2015, 05:27:04 PM »
Rain day turkey, luckily I found a thawed one at Sam's. Cooked this on my yoder because I was unsure if it'd be too big for the 22". Wings got a little dark but great flavor and juicy! Rubbed with mayo then used owens bbq buffalo wing seasoning and smoked on the yoder at 325 with cherry. Took 3 hours to reach 165 in breast.
