My Take on Stuffed Burgers

What could I do with this?




I am sure I can think of something...
These are freshly ground top sirloin. The filling is sautéed portobello mushrooms,  onions and sweet red peppers, in melted swiss cheese.



I like baby squash!  With hickory.

Bacon and provolone...






Yum!
