Had some mashed potatoes and corn with it. The pork loin was definitely the star of the show though .

Nice.  How long, what temp?

weldboy

Took about 3.5 hours between 225 and 250 for temp, pulled at 145 internal, wrapped in foil and put in cooler for an hour
