Sorry guys, I've been doing some cooking, just not getting photos...you know how it goes.
Anyway, managed a quick rotisserie cook tonight.

Pork loin on the spit, just heavy salt and pepper to start.

Used the '83 red tonight

For the last twenty minutes I started glazing with the Brown Sugar Dijon Glaze. Which was just a mixture of brown sugar and Dijon mustard. (super simple) No pictures of it glazed on the grill. Damn this getting dark early, kills my cook pics! (not that these photos are my best  :-[)

Coming off after about an hour

Your plate with some oven roasted Brussels sprouts (sorry about the focus, looked okay on the phone)

This was incredible, highly recommend the glaze!
Thanks for looking!

Everytime I buy a new accessory to duplicate something I have seen here, someone comes along and posts something with another accessory.  That pork loin looks amazing @WNC!  Can I borrow your roto?   LOL

Hey Mike, in my opinion the rotisserie is one of the best accessories. It's so simple, and everything, especially chicken, always comes out great!

@WNC I'll start keeping a lookout for one.  There is actually a performer with a roto near me for sale on CL.  It been there for a while, just waiting on the guy to come down on the price.  Think he wants $350 for everything still.

Well the rotisserie is about 150$ retail, and I think it's worth that. Most other methods or assesories there are hacks for, or ways that you can almost replicate the effect. I don't know, I'm sure others will disagree, but for my money, well worth it.

I've got some ribs on it right now, pics to follow.
