Suggested oven thermometers?  And If you wouldn't put it on the grill, where would you put it?  (Yes i an new!)

I get my oven thermometer from the kitchen section of either Walmart or Target and put it on the grate and when I need to know what my grate temp is I lift the lid and take a peek!

That's the ticket for me!  Heck, my dad never used any thermometer, and he was a grill genius.  Old school!
