Here's a recent cook we did. Hot dogs and chicken tacos.

No real recipe since it's straight forward stuff.

We start with chicken tacos. Got my homemade griddle for the genesis ready.



My local store had chicken chopped up and ready to go.







Next day we made bacon wrapped hot dogs
