I had both red heads fired up tonight...
Seared the chicken over the charcoal
Then to the gasser to finish while I seared the steaks over the charcoal. (The foils are cajun onions and mushrooms - onions, sliced portobellos, Tony's, Louisiana hot sauce, olive oil, butter, foiled and on the grill for about 45 minutes)
Then the medium rare steaks get added to the gasser while I cook the rare steaks on the charcoal.
I'd have plated pics, but I started eating so....
