Used the faded black MBH, the E Code, and the 26r.

Used the MBH and cooked up some boneless rib meat to use during the week. The E code was used to roast some hatch chilis, jalapenos, garlic, onion, and tomatoes for salsa to go with the carne asada taco dinner. And the 26r was used with the mojoe to cook up the carne asada. Also made some homemade refried beans and mexican rice on the stovetop.

Awesome cook, Nate!  I love the roasted salsa and the de-seeded grilled jalapenos on the top of the tacos.  Going to have to try that!
