I fired up 9 briquets to get the fuse going. After a pre-heat, the meatloaf went on.
Whiskey barrel staves supplied by
@MrHoss
.
Later, I fired up a full mini-chimney of lump for the 18" for the taters and corn.
Some applewood for smoke. Smoked taters are awesome. Try it if you haven't.
This was a delicious meal!
