@Cochise Nice work! Is that the original wood refinished or did you replace it? What type of wood did you use if it's replacement?

@Santo Wood was actually just replaced with construction excavation stakes from Home Depot. $3.99 a pack roughly. Cut them to lengh , stained them and sprayed with Helmsman Spar Urethane in gloss. The handle was just and extra piece of pine my stepfather had in his shed, that was cut to size, routered, stained and sanded and hit with Helmsman. Pretty sure stain was the pecan color.

@Mozfan00
Grill was completely stripped down and porcelin lid removed.

Fire box was oven cleanered and power washed.

Aircraft grade paint remover was used on lid sides(VERY NASTY
SHIT...GLOVES, SKIN AND EYE PROTECTION ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST).

Box exterior and sides sanded, wiped with acetone, dried outside then painted with Rustoleum high heat in flat black.

Porcelain lid and manifold cover washed then polished with soft scrub then washed again.

Burner tubes replaced, regulator replaced and ignitor replaced. Swapped out some hardware( nuts, bolts etc.)

Flavorizer bars and grill grates hit with wire wheel on corded drill, washed off and wiped with bacon grease.

All wood replaced with new. Cart itself was in good condition and just cleaned.
