BIL went fishing in Canada & bought me some wild Salmon .
Grilled on my newly refurbished 1999 weber spirit 500.
It's amazing how well 10 lb cast iron grates sear!
Seasoned with McCormick salmon rub & served with saffron rice & veggie.

Cooked med-Rare as I like salmon.

looks great!  Love some of the grill salmon.  That's a good bro-in-law.
