2x perdue non-caged  split breasts (approx 1# each)



Grabbed bunch & poked potatoes then rubbed 'em with some Beef fat & onion reserves (prior meal)

BTW full Vidalia onion below, on the coals, steaming away (under the top S Potato) & some fat/skin trimmings above a chunk of Hickory...
