Vacation cook - chops, squash, taters, and onion

I bought this one touch a few years ago to keep at my moms house when I am visiting. Fired her up for a simple cook.


Boneless pork chops marinated in stubb's pork marinade, squash, onion, and taters (Idaho/sweet).




Nice evening out grilling underneath the pecan trees. I used some trimmings from last year to hot smoke the chops.


Beautiful sunset and tasty cook.

looks good, i add cinnamon and nutmeg to the squash.   your yard looks like ringwood in passaic county.
