Thanks. They came out great.

I'd like to say that the crust is from an old family recipe. It's actually just frozen pie crust from the market. We had a bag of pecans from Costco that I'd been wanting to do this with. I'll use the same type of crust with the apples from my tree when they're ready.

It's no big deal to my family anymore, but others are amazed when something is baked on the kettle.

Ill take a slice of that and a bottle of bourbon mmmm I can't wait to try this. I always top mine with a few mini chocolate chips when it comes out of the oven. Not enough to take over just a few. Thanks for sharing this is going to be on my kettle soon.
