Just A Butt in the mini
« on: June 20, 2015, 05:02:48 AM »
Firing up the Mini WSM today while I work on an old gasser.

Love this handle @SixZeroFour

Using some nice Cherry and Wine Barrel Oak gifted to me from @MrHoss and @AcrossFromHoss

The smoke coming from this smells so nice.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Looking good. How long can you go on that mini without running out of fuel?

@LightningBoldtz what are you using for a heat deflector/water pan?

@LightningBoldtz what are you using for a heat deflector/water pan?

I have a flat pizza pan in there but on that I put a thin alum pie pan as the pizza  does  a poor job at catching grease as you might imagine.

Here is the thread where I speak about the mod that I did to my initial build.

@Shafzilla this is the thread I was telling you about yesterday.
