Ribeyes and stir fry (diy vortec second try)

So doing Tucson Tuscan ribeye (SR recipe) 
Simple veg stir fry

Wife rubbed steak I use a lot more.

Missed pic with evo cilantro ,garlic &jalapeño

Wok good to go with shortened vortec


Stir fry came out a bit sautéed ( wife forgot to bing plate )  steak good not landmark (last ones were)

Gotta use the vortex for the sear! That thing will sear the hide off a living steer!  Looks great though!
