Again......Tremendous Cookups !!!!

So if I'm reading right, you didn't actually smoke or cook the salt at all.....just mix w/ dried crushed MEAT? WOW !!!!

And that 2nd description......a perforated tray for the vege so that & the belly drippin's drop all the way thru?   Good planning / thinking on these cooks.....I'll look for my drool emoticons.....

I'd never seen it till I spotted it on someone's Insta. I just threw it in the Weber while cooking my pork chops indirect. Next time though, I will cook them at a lower temp and not as long so I don't overcook them.
