Grilled Chicken From Saturday

This is from last Saturday night.

The set up (same as I had posted in the off topic, but now with the rest of the story)

And the plated product.  My wife makes the mashed taters from whole tater and they have the consistency with just a little of the lumps in them. Delicious.

I have to add, there were many more ABT's put on the grill, and they sorta got eaten while I was cooking.  I had to keep checking them for doneness, over and over and over again and again.  ;)

Alright !!!

Nice plate up !!!

I could down a double helping of that !!!!!!!

Why is it that the wife always does way better mashed taters than us ?

When I 1st read about these, the guy said do 25% more than you think you will need.......He was right !!!

PS: What was the vote on tandoori, everybody like it ?

Did i miss the tandori recipe somewere? Must have, they look great. Mash?  I will put my roasted garllic, parmesan up...
