I have no regrets, I am going to use it often, if you have the BBQ system grate it is a must have IMO.  For a family of 5 it was not too little.

It should also work on a gas range in the kitchen. The bottom is flat underneath even though its round inside on the cooking surface. Best of both. Maybe you could confirm?

It does the ability to sit on my stove, with the amount of steam that I got when I threw the meat on I am not sure I want to try it indoors.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.
