Ribs on a 22!

Ran a 2x2 snake. Cooked the ribs in a rack to 160ish, crutched them and cooked until tender but not exactly fall off the bone.

They sure looked like they turned out pretty well Dustin.  Did the ends of the slabs get a little bit more done than you'd prefer?  I often ran into that problem when I did my ribs on the kettles.  Nice lookin slabs none the less!

Those look awesome. I just picked up a rack of spares to do tomorrow. What charcoal did you use and how was the temp on the 2x2?

I use hardwood briquettes and the temp hovered around 285. It did peak on me once and and I had to adjust the dampers.
