boneless/skinless thighs are common at my place. I usually do them in the oven, though. set oven to 425, spritz broiling pan w/spray olive oil. set pan in oven as it comes up to temp. once at temp, add thighs to broiling pan(make sure they are curled) and place into oven. once they're almost done, start basting said thighs with you bbq sauce.

I'm assuming you are a fan of the grillgrrates... What do you like about them and is there anything you don't like about them?

I actually got these for my Genesis but use them on the kettle too.

Do you need them, maybe not. It's just another tool, imo, for grilling. I do like the fact that I can use both sides, the grate and flat side. I also like the fact that I don't get flame up or fires starting from oily or fatty meats. Burgers cook up AWSOME on the flat side.

Some more.

Thanks. I love the idea of burgers on the flat side...

It's a Peterson Smoke Pucks. I had some laying around so I used one. I use them on my Bradley smoker when I don't have bradley pucks.
