Looking at that is causing such a reaction in my brain that I am actually smelling a mix of beef fat, smoke and charcoal right now. Damn that is a good trick Buckie!!! You some kind of magician or something?

I haven't done a brisket since I was in college and used an electric Brinkman bullet smoker. This definitely has my stomach growling!
