2015 St. Patrick’s Saturday dinner
« on: March 16, 2015, 11:54:51 AM »
Well had the friends over for another St. Patrick’s meal with BBQ’s Corn Beef, Crock pot Corn Beef with all the fixings, Beef Shepherd’s pie and extra mashed potato with cabbage .
I cooked the Corn Beef with the snake method from about 11:30am to 4:00pm the kettle ran from 230 to 300 for 4+ hours I believe I used Pecan wood. We put the season packet and some other all spices.
Here is the pics enjoy.

Thanks for looking.
Dan
