A big thanks to @SixZeroFour for our recent trade! I was able to get out today and get a first cook on my new MT. I have to say I really like the added height on the new MTs being 6"7" it really does make a difference.

26er hangin with his new little brother.

Accessories galore!

Time to cook

Taters and Jalepenos for sides...these are a staple at my house.

Ready to come off at 128 degrees internal

Lets eat!

Judging by the number of new topics in the BBQ food pics category it must have been a great day for BBQing all over the country! Keep em coming grill masters!!

I have that roasting rack and never thought how (or why, actually ...) to use it. But seeing it there, over the center of the Gourmet grill, raised up, gives me ideas now.

Rib roasts are one of my all time favorites to do low and slow too. Top notch cook up..

Thanks! No smoke on the roast. I go with fresh ground pepper and sea salt only on rib roasts. I really love the meat flavor so I try and keep it simple.

where did you get the riser rack deal?

I've been looking all over.

Hey there cashishift and welcome to the WKC.

Do you mean the warming rack? That's a Weber 3200, discontinued but just this year brought back for inclusion in the 2015 MasterTouch grill. So I'd expect it to become available, at least as a "parts" replacement if not an actual retail item.

http://www.amazon.com/Weber-3200-Kettle-Warming-Rack/dp/B00004U9VB/ref=pd_sxp_f_pt

The other is Webers' 6469, http://www.amazon.com/Weber-6469-Original-Roast-Holder/dp/B005LR6Z56

They also make a smaller version, the 6605, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FLRB4OI/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687782&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B005LR6Z56&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0F1PVHAB6YSPPKZC7NXZ and of course others have made them.
