After reading all the different Burger posts last week I finally had some time tonight to fire up a couple chimney's and satisfy the craving :)

Called to duty for this adventure is my go-to copper performer and the latest tripod to join the family 8) Also making a guest appearance is a #1405 Griddle...

Ingredients:

- 1lb Ground Beef
- Grated White and Yellow Cheddar Cheese
- 7 LARGE mushrooms
- 9 Think Cut Strips of Bacon
- Sliced Tillamook JalapeƱo Jack and Sharp Cheddar
- Frozen Sweet Potato Fries
- Cheese Buns

This stuff is real good:

Cheesy Buns:

Vintage #1405 cast aluminum griddles maiden voyage...:

Figured I might as well let the mushrooms soak up all that flavour:

Go-Time!:

Keeping warm in my stylish Hoodie...  8)

Patties soaking up some bacon goodness:

Loaded with Shrooms' and topped with Cheese

Used the leftover bacon bits and some bonus cheese in with the sweet potato fries... these were also dangerously good. And here is the final result:

It was supposed to rain but I was spoiled with a beautiful evening:

Please excuse me now while I go fetch the defibrillator ;) ;D ... whatever happens... it was worth it  ;D

Thanks for looking,

Damn right that's what I call a righteous cook Brother!!! Smoked then grilled burgers utilizing two Kettles...one being a proper Oldie. Old Myron does not have a lock on smoked/grilled burgers. Looks like you had fun guy...beauty mahogany colour on those paties. Your apparel is cool too.

Killer burgers, man.....I like the goo-ball cheese effect...... 8)

The Lime rides again.....these cookers are timeless....... ;D

And speaking of Smokeys, there was a guy at Bretheren that had a leg rust thru on his Joe & was going to kick it to the curb.........most of the people wrote in telling him to fix it up & drive on !!!!!!

Great images and cook @SixZeroFour .  Would you be interested in trading a pair of shoes for one of you kettles?  It hurts me to know that your feet might be cold.  It hurts me a lot.   ;)

MrHoss

In case you really needed a trade for a pair of shoes....I am a 10. As much as it would pain me to part with a pair for one of your Kettles 604 I would make myself do it. I await your PM.
