Cooking baby back ribs
« on: March 19, 2016, 08:18:15 PM »
When I cook St. Louis style ribs I like to see the meat pull away from the bone and I know its close to being done or is done. Is it the same for Baby back ribs?

I've found that the only difference is that Babies cook a little faster that St. Louis.  About an hour or so.
