Beef and chicken kabobs
« on: February 16, 2015, 04:36:02 PM »
Got some boneless chicken breasts and cheap steak yesterday. Cut it up in cubes and marinated it up overnight. The beef went in a soya sauce blend and the chicken went in some of the same as well as a portion in some hot mango sauce.

Served up with CI cornbread and margaritas:

I know you and I are in the same province …. same country …. But, man I wish we lived just a little bit closer … You're killing me, bro!  ;D ;) ;)
