I don't cook lots of steak, but couldn't pass some sirloins on sale. That's not my favorite cut but still a good steak. Had some hot coals and started away from them then a couple of minute over the heat. I even left top open and fanned coals till real hot. OH BOY GOOD!! Definitely going to use this method again. Its been suggested here before and is the way to go as far as I'm concerned.

Has it ever occured to anyone that is trying the paleo diet that cavemen lived about 25 years tops
If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

Yeah, but that's mostly because their food could catch & eat them too........... 8)
