Trying my hand at some Chicken Avocado Burritos, on the gassers...

At least one gasser was a kettle...

Came out good...

Thanks for looking.
Dude, relax your chicken.

If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

I'm guessing you inverted the CI grates, but what flat top skillets are you using on the gasser?

The food looks good from here!
I cook on: Backwoods Gater, Lang 36, Hunsaker Smokers, Pellet Pro 22" WSM, BGE's, WSM's, Cajun Bandits, PK Grills, Drum Smokers, Genesis Silver C, Weber Q's, Cookshack 008, Little Chief, La Caja China #2, Lodge Sportsman...oh yeah! Weber Kettles! Kamado restoration and pit modification hack!

On the Silver B, the CI grates are inverted. I like 'em better that way.

On the 3000, those are 7542 Griddles. It's my flattop     8)

Weber put rounded tabs on each side of the griddles to probably stop people from doing what I'm doing     ::)    I thought about grinding them off so they'll sit flat side by side.

Instead, I flipped one of the stamped grates and just put the griddle on top of it, that's why you can see a height difference. Works fine. I also removed the flavorizer bars. Figured I'd get better heat, and why burn up the bars since they're not needed to cover the burners.

I really like the setup.

Dude, relax your chicken.
